Over the last month, Lansingburgh student teams represented at the Regional Odyssey of the Mind Tournament in Coxsackie-Athens CSD and the Odyssey of the Mind New York State Tournament at the NYS State Fairgrounds. This year 7 Lansinburgh Teams competed at the regional tournament and 5 advanced to the state tournament! The district is proud to say this is the most teams it's had compete in one year at both the regional and state tournaments! Teams were made of students from Rensselaer Park Elementary, Knickerbacker Middle School and Lansingburgh High School.

Great work by all the Lansingburgh 2024 Odyssey of the Mind Teams and thank you to all this year's Lansingburgh staff coaches (Emma Closson, Robin Delaney, Delmarie Moore, Katherine Rice & Jenna Tyler) for their guidance! 

Odyssey of the Mind is a creative problem-solving program where teams present innovative solutions to long-term problems. Teams take weeks (sometimes months) to create the solutions they present at the competitions.
