LHS Homecoming Spirit Week Schedule: Sept. 14–19

Lansingburgh High School's Homecoming Spirit Week is Monday, September 14–Saturday, September 19, 2026.

Homecoming Events

Powderpuff Football Game (Thursday, September 17)

  • Starts at 6:30 PM at the Lansingburgh High School football field
  • Admission is $2 for adults, $1 for students & senior citizens, free for children under 2
  • Bookbags/large bags are NOT allowed - if you bring one, you must leave it outside the gate, and the district will not be responsible for it during the game 
  • Small purses/handbags are subject to search upon entry

Homecoming Varsity Football Game (Friday, September 18)

A schedule of all home games during Lansingburgh High School Homecoming Spirit Week is available on ScheduleGalaxy.

  • Starts at 7:00 PM at the Lansingburgh High School football field
  • Purchase tickets online from GoFan Ticketing. Please plan on paying with a credit/debit card if purchasing at the gate.
  • Lansingburgh student-athletes wearing their jerseys will be admitted for free.
  • Gates open at 6:00 PM - spectator entry will not be permitted before then
  • Bookbags/large bags are NOT allowed - if you bring one, you must leave it outside the gate, and the district will not be responsible for it during the game
  • Small purses/handbags are subject to search upon entry
  • Students in grades 8 and under must be accompanied/supervised by an adult
  • No entry/re-entry after halftime; admission gates close at the start of the 3rd quarter
  • No smoking, vaping, drugs or alcohol
  • No face coverings
  • The district reserves the right to deny entry into its facilities at any time

Homecoming Dance (Saturday, September 19)

  • From 7:00–10:00 PM in the Lansingburgh High School gym
  • Admission is $10 at the door
  • For grades 9–12 students only 

Spirit Week Themes

All LHS students and faculty/staff are welcome to dress (school appropriately) for the following daily themes: 

  • Monday (Sept. 14): 2000s Day (rerun with pop culture-inspired fashion from 20 years ago) 
  • Tuesday (Sept. 15): Favorite Musical Artist Day (dress as your favorite musical artist)
  • Wednesday (Sept. 16): Kindergarten Day (dress as your kindergarten self)
  • Thursday (Sept. 17): Powderpuff Day (wear pink for the Powderpuff Football Game)
  • Friday (Sept. 18): School Spirit Day (wear your LHS class shirts or 'Burgh gear for the pep rally)
