Lansingburgh High School's January 2026 Regents and Midterm Exams are scheduled for Tuesday, January 20–Friday, January 23, 2026. Please review the information below.
Exam Week Attendance
- District Closed on January 19: The district will be closed on Monday, January 19, for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
- No LHS Classes on Exam Days: Lansingburgh High School students only report to school on January 20–23 if they are taking a scheduled exam or if they have made arrangements with a teacher to come in. All other Lansingburgh students should report to school as normal on these days.
- Half-Day for KMS ONLY on January 23: Friday, January 23, is a half-day for Knickerbacker Middle School only. It is a normal school day for Turnpike and Rensselaer Park students.

LHS students and families will also receive ParentSquare messages and/or emails from teachers with exam reminders. Please keep an eye out for these.
Exam Transportation
8:00 AM Exams
- Students taking an 8:00 AM exam will ride their normal bus to school.
- There will be a mid-day bus home from LHS at 10:30 AM.
- Students who complete a morning exam after 10:30 AM may wait in the cafeteria and take the afternoon bus home.
- Students taking an 8:00 exam and a 12:00 PM exam may also wait in the cafeteria between them.
12:00 PM Exams
- Students taking a 12:00 PM exam should be at their normal bus stop by 10:40 AM.
- The normal 2:10 PM bus and 3:30 PM bus will be available to bring students home.
- On Wednesday (Jan. 21), there will be an additional late bus for students who receive extended time.
