Voters Approve 21-22 Budget, Elect New Board Members

Residents of the Lansingburgh Central School District have approved a $54,749,178 budget for the 2021-2022 school year by a vote of 492 (yes) to 220 (no).

This budget represents a 3.70% increase in spending from the 2020-2021 school year. The estimated tax levy increase is 0.09%, which is within the allowable tax levy limit set by New York State.

Residents also elected Jillian Manupella and Andrea Fairhurst to the Board of Education. Each seat is for a 5-year term (July 1, 2021-June 30, 2026).
