District Seeks Volunteers for Family & Community Advisory Panel

Lansingburgh Central School District is excited to announce that it is assembling a Family & Community Advisory Panel to assist in the design and development of school events and offerings.

The district is seeking K-12 parent/guardian volunteers to be on this new panel to provide their input/feedback on future offerings and events that are reflective of and valuable to the Lansingburgh community.

Commitments:

  • Terms are for one year
  • Four (4) meetings per year
  • Meetings are virtual and will last about 45 - 60 minutes
  • The panel is expected to have 5-7 members (that are not current Board Members or PTA/PTSA Officers)

Duties:

  • Provide input and ideas for the type and structure of events and offerings
  • Assist in promoting events and offerings
  • Provide vision and feedback on what family involvement and engagement should look like for Lansingburgh
