Rensselaer Park Elementary School's 2023 Pick a Reading Partner Program has been in full swing all month! As part of it, RPES hosted "A Knight in the Park" Reading Night for school families! 

Students and their families brought chairs, blankets and books and enjoyed an hour of reading for PARP in the "park." The cafeteria was decorated to represent the park and amusement park that stood on the grounds of RPES before it was a school. There were circus performer silhouettes on the curtain of the stage and even a wooden roller coaster to represent the one that used to be at the park. Enjoy some pictures from the evening below!
