2020-2021 Student Immunization Requirements (July 7, 2020)
Please be in touch with your student's primary care physician as soon as possible to ensure they receive all of the required New York State 2020-2021 Immunization Requirements before school restarts in the fall.
As of this time, the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) is not waiving any immunization requirements due to the novel coronavirus (Covid-19). All students are still required to have their immunizations for the 2020-2021 school year at this time.
Click here for the full list of 2020-2021 Student Immunization Requirements and see the NYSDOH Immunizations Page for more information about New York State immunization requirements.
