Students from Rensselaer Park Elementary School took a first place award in fashion. Members of Mrs. McGurrin's winning "Another Day in Paradise" team included Krystiana Barre, Nzinga Braswell, Whitney Taitt, Amaya Thomas, Amaya Reid, Jonathan Vargas, Victoria Sim.
The sculpture team working with Ms. Arthur took a second place state award. Winners included Julian Foy, Paul Haupt, Malik Johnson, and Michael Neilson. Representing RPES in drawing were Shaina Milam, Andrew Haupt and Steven Roy.
The RPES painting team under the direction of Ms. Haley included Catherine Almeida, Jillian Currier, Karen Broderick, Christian Nielsen, Kiana Schwing and Alexa Wells. The event was held at the Saratoga Springs City Center on April 15th.
